Thank you for your interest in applying for a bursary with the Whistler Adaptive Sports Program. Please read the information below carefully and complete the application form to the best of your ability.
If you’re filling out this form on behalf of someone else, be sure to include your name and contact information at the end of the application.
About the Bursary Program
- Bursaries are offered year-round, with a primary intake in the Fall.
- You may apply once per year.
- Applications are accepted throughout the year, but funding may not be available outside the Fall intake.
- Receiving a bursary in the past does not guarantee support in the future.
- Bursaries are awarded based on financial need and available funds.
Note: If selected, you may be asked to provide a copy of your tax return as proof of income. Bursary funds cannot be applied to past programming.
What the Bursary Covers
- Up to $700 per year in funding.
- Covers Whistler Adaptive program fees and any rental equipment required.

Important Reminders
Failure to follow these requirements may make you ineligible for future funding:
- Book programs in advance.
- Follow our Cancellation Policy. Missed lessons without notice will be deducted from your bursary.
- Bursaries are non-transferable and cannot be carried over to another year.
- If you’re awarded a bursary, we ask that you write a short thank-you letter to share with our funders.
