Pemberton: Join us for a 6-week Physical Literacy program designed to build confidence and foundational movement skills through fun and engaging games! Each session introduces activities that support coordination, agility, rhythm, flexibility, strength, and balance.
Whistler: weekly Activities include: Yoga, Strength and Conditioning, Lost Lake Scavenger Hunt, Train Wreck hike, Cheakamus Hike. Some activities are age dependent, please check booking portal for details.
Squamish: Please note due to coach availability the last session for young adults biking and swimming in Squamish will be June 3 and 4.
