As a volunteer coach for our Fall Program you will be involved in supporting athletes to keep active and maintain fitness and mobility throughout the shoulder season, with sessions in swimming, biking, yoga, physical literacy and strength and conditioning. Our Fall program runs for consecutive weeks for 5/6 weeks and session durations varies from between 1 – 2 hours.

Responsibilities:
- Safely support athletes with a disability and assist the lead coach in delivering sports and recreation sessions
- Assist in the setting up and putting away sports equipment
- Monitoring the safety of athletes
- Facilitating a positive social environment for athletes to build connections and have fun!
Requirements:
- Able to be physically active for at least 2 hours
- Able to swim in deep water or ride a bike.
- Attend WAS training sessions and complete the online Coaching Association of Canada Safe Sport Training
